  ### 1. Onflo is a Win for Communication Teams

**What do you like best about Onflo?**

Onflo really helps our team to manage user experiences in a timely way, that factors in accountability.  It's never great for parents to get bounced around to multiple staff members, or to get forgotten about - Onflo mitigates both these issues.

**What do you dislike about Onflo?**

I do think that the UI could use an update.  While the front end user has a great invisible experience, for the back end users, it can be a bit hard to navigate.  Pricing is competitive, but it could be better.

**What problems is Onflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onflo helps our district answer parent/staff/community member questions in a quick, reliable way through a back end assignment system and accountability reminders.  It's worked so well, we've integrated it across our website and even us it to track confidential reporting.

**What do you like best about Onflo?**

Let's Talk is a pretty solid system for communicating with families, staff, and the community in a confidential, team-based way.  I really like you users will submit their questions/concerns to the system, then the staff member responsible can be assigned behind the scenes. It really alleviates the whole back and forth that would happen if they emailed the wrong person directly.  It also helps keep confidential issues in a more secure location. I also like that it allows you to have in-tool conversations with other staff that are bound to a specific user submission. It makes keeping track of who said what and when so much easier.  The auto-remind for late responses is also a good tool, to make sure that a user's comments do not get lost in your inbox.

**What do you dislike about Onflo?**

I think the system's UI is a little clunky and could be brought up to a more modern standard.  Still, it does its job well, so it's more of a form vs. function question.

**Recommendations to others considering Onflo:**

I would look at how much staff time is currently taken up by answering questions, trying to find the right person, looping other staff in through email, etc. Balance that against the cost of the system and see if there is a net gain.  For us, there certainly was.

**What problems is Onflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Let's Talk allows Minnetonka Public Schools to be professional and tech-forward in our approach to solving issues and answering questions/concerns. In a year like 2020 and 2021, this has been critical!

Best webapp ,with all the latest competitive features provided.It has let's talk assistant ,which helps the user to find daily queries on the website in one click

No such dislike, since provide best tool for daily communication between the district school and overall great for user as well admin.Widely use in US district school

Best ticket raising system for district school in US.widely used by the admin and parent of students respectively.

**What problems is Onflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help the parents to raise there concern directly frm there personal devices,follo up are easy and having  user friendly UI, Almost every queries in USA school are been raised by the let's talk platform.
