What I like best about OneUp Sales is that it keeps me motivated and gives me a clear picture of the level of activity needed to generate results. I like being able to see that I’m hitting my targets and staying consistent day to day. It’s been really useful for keeping myself accountable and focused.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

Overall, there isn’t much I dislike, but I do think some of the dashboards and reporting features could be more customisable. It would be helpful to have greater flexibility in how data is displayed and tracked, so it can better match individual preferences and the way different people want to work.

OneUp is an excellent tool for setting and tracking recruitment goals/targets across weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom timeframes. I use it on a daily basis to monitor my performance and stay aligned with my objectives. It provides clear visibility into key metrics such as CVs sent, interviews arranged, and overall results, making it easy to track progress and remain accountable.

The platform is intuitive, easy to use and updates instantly with a simple refresh. A unique and enjoyable feature is the ability to select a favourite song to play when closing a placement, which adds a motivating and celebratory element to the experience.😊✨

**What do you like best about OneUp Sales?**

I really like the healthy competition that OneUp Sales fosters while keeping the team focused. The dashboards are straightforward, even for someone like me, and the reporting is flexible as our business evolves. From a management perspective, it streamlines performance and tracking, which helps keep my team focused. I find it a great working tool because it offers much-needed visibility, especially when managing a team of 10 or 20 people. The gamification element is particularly strong, creating accountability and engagement across the team, and everyone enjoys it as it creates healthy competition. Also, setting it up was pretty easy for my CEO, and we were ready to go in a day or so.

OneUp has 95% of the options available, but there is still 5% that isn't quite there. As an example, our 100 users each need to manually enter and save dates because our business doesn't follow the calendar month.

Access to real time data. We are now seeing our final metrics around 1 weeks sooner than we were previously.

**What do you like best about OneUp Sales?**

It's UI, whilst incredibly simple, is very effective. It translates all the necessary data into fully customizable
 windows and will not flood your homepage with any data you do not wish to see. 

It is also very easy to project it upon screens in the office, another feature which is fully customizable to suit the needs of your team.

There is not a better tool out there to set and keep-track of your KPIs, fueling performance and improvement by showing you exactly where you should direct your attention.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

I do not really have a bad word to say about OneUp. It makes operating within our business incredibly straight forwards.

**What problems is OneUp Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not so much that it exists as a means to solve problems, and more that it exists to reduce their chances of ever arising. By keeping such a keen eye on individual, team and company performance, it is easy to keep your business on track and maintain said trajectory.

I find the KPI Tracking targets and data input really helpful because it makes it easier to follow up on conversations. The display of all KPI details, NFI Targets, and pipelines is convenient because it saves the effort of working it out manually each time. I also liked that it was quite easy to set up, and it helps us physically see our progress, which is better for displays.

Sometimes the figures aren't accurate on pipeline displays.

**What do you like best about OneUp Sales?**

I really like the ease of the user interface, it's so easy to use and intuitive which it makes it easy to engage with the platform. I also like the ease of the reporting tools, I use this over our CRM and the gamification side of the platform has been great to use in our office for sales days and just mini daily challenges! We literally use it every day and it is constantly on our screens in the office. It was really easy to integrate into our daily practices and the team got onboard with it really quickly.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

I don't think there's anything I really dislike about it to be honest! Sometimes there can be a slight disconnect with some of the more complex metrics (e.g. revenue) but the team are always on-hand to support any questions or queries!

It helps us to report more easily and clearly. It enables us to look in detail at consultants' data and where there are gaps.

OneUp is easy to navigate and easy to customise to make sure you're seeing everything you need to see. One of the best things to gamifying some of the stats and being able to create competitions and leader boards. Everyone loves seeing how they're tracking and where they sit in different comps.

Some of the information from TR doesn't always pull through easily but that's not a big issue at all to be honest.

OneUp Sales is very easy to use, as our users excel with minimal training. The metrics it gathers can be customised to match the logic we need, providing us with precise data. The scoreboards are brilliant, with different versions for our company's brands. I enjoy the gamification, which motivates staff and boosts performance. The dashboards are great for displaying key metrics clearly to every consultant daily. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM and timesheet system, providing a centralized place for all necessary data. The onboarding and go-live processes were brilliant, with commendable service throughout.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

We'd love the ability to rename columns in a report when you have multiple versions of the same column in there. Also the ability for admins to automatically have view and edit permissions on all reports and dashboards that users create would make it much easier to support the business when they have queries on their particular report.

I really like the clear layout of OneUp Sales. It's great for tracking data and allows me to see my colleagues' KPIs, which helps me know where we all stand for the week. The initial setup was also very easy.

It can be a bit confusing looking at all the permanent or contract billings, as it does not look very clear. When looking at the whole year and clicking on data insights for contract NFI, if it could be separated by candidate and then you click on each candidate and see their billings from there.

I use OneUp Sales because it has a very clear layout, making it great for tracking data. I like how everything is clearly laid out, which helps me see my colleagues' KPIs to understand where we all are for the week.

Implementation was very seamless.
When we speak to support they are aways super helpful and follow up to ensure our issues are resolved. 
Integration features work well for us.

After an upgrade to the TV screens, we were no longer able to run them without additional cost or extra technical support.
Customer support can take a while depending on their work load.

Love how easy it is to use, it's so user-friendly. It's easy to follow and straightforward to set up. It's extremely useful to track KPIs and targets, which is really beneficial.

Sometimes it lags when integrated with the CRM and you have to allow 15/20 minutes to resync. Not the end of the world though and once refreshed tends to be up to date:)

The gamification is the best unique feature.  If we have a short or long term goal, its a great way of uniting the entire team around it and understanding what they are contributing.

OneUp has been a game-changer for us in terms of tracking our sales KPIs, targets and ratios. Everything is so easy to access, we have loads of flexibility with dashboards and reporting, and we can create our own ratios to track important conversion metrics. The ability to project on to TVs has also made a huge difference for our business, and to have a song go off with every deal keeps the sales floor upbeat and allows us all to celebrate each others' successes. 
We've also had great customer support during the onboarding and throughout our time as a client. Tech support are quick to respond when there are issues and customer success know the product inside out so are able to make helpful recommendations.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

Not much we dislike, we get the occasional bug but the support team are usually quick to resolve it.

It's helping us to solve the problem of getting visibility and management of KPIs. We are able to track almost any metric we ask for, which means we can accurately monitor sales performance in real time, as well as pulling back historic reports to analyse trends.

**What do you like best about OneUp Sales?**

OneUp has a number of key benefits for my business. Firstly, we can track from Hubspot metrics across meetings made and attended. Also revenue leagues and missions are live and now set up show in realtime where we are at.
The TVs are the best element of OneUp for me, the sales team can see the league tables and we can use it as a way to communicate information to the sales team about incentives, changes to our products and services or key achievements we've had.
It also drives CRM hygiene, if activity isn't tracked then it shows on the leagues and TV screens, so this has driven CRM best practice.
Anna and Carly have been a fantastic support and have been hugely helpful to us along the whole process.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

The time we had to invest in changing the tracking and metrics on Hubspot to align with OneUp. This was short term pain for long term gain however!

The interface is incredibly simple and easy to use, making my role in rolling out new processes within the team incredibly easy. It updates its report faster than our actual CRM and the personalisation of dashboards and automated reporting is chef's kiss. But the best feature has to be the OneUp team of customer success managers and support team - never had better resposne times and communication on any platform.

It is easier for consultants to keep track of where they are excelling or falling behind and easier as a business to keep an eye on company metrics over different periods of times. 

We also like the competitions feature and having leagues which drives motivation and friendly competition between the consultants which lead to prizes. The best part we get to use OneUp TV to display the leagues for everyone to view!

OneUp is ideal for what we need as a business, easy to navigate, clean views for the whole team, simple to generate short (and long) sprints, and customisable for our business. The initial setup process was straight forward, and even throughout the time we've had the product implemented, they are continuously developing it and open to new ideas to make the platform better. Their customer service team is also great, they respond so quickly to any queries we have.

We use it daily for the whole team, and as well as the sales function, it also allows us to integrate with our CRM system and utilise our data for end of quarter meetings, building out ratios to better our performance and driving competition internally with the team.

**What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?**

I don't think there are any downsides. The only thing I need to do is spend more time to understand what features I'm not making use of!

**What problems is OneUp Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it on our office screens to display our leaderboards and drive targets for the team. It works immediately with no 24 hour lag (like a previous system we used) meaning we always have up-to-date and accurate data to manage from. Our business is heavily focused on ratios and how we can use them to better our performance, something easily viewed in the platform.
