Discovered what we didn't know that we didn't know in a self installed Netsuite setup

**What do you like best about OneKloudX?**

Speed to implementation and complete customer focus. Got a 100% ROI in the first month. Training was superb.

**What do you dislike about OneKloudX?**

Nothing about Netsuite Partner. They are now firm personal friends. The attitude and unnecessary expense by the platform vendor before they wereengaged didn't meet our needs at all

**What problems is OneKloudX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now have complete and real time Data visibility. The business is SAAS and didn't know how many seats were using the platform in each installation. Underbilling and lack of transparency was a big issue.
Project expenses and their control was also unregulated.
Too many disconnected and out of date spreadsheets were brought into a single source of truth. Can make financial and business decisions in real time based on exact numbers now. Able to grow the business unimpeded.
