Describe the project or task the provider helped with:

NetSuite implementation, which included mapping all of our business processes in great detail and translating them to take place inside the system. Cumula3 then customized NetSuite to fit our processes exactly. I was particularly impressed with the time they took to understand our unique business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

This project was a beast. It's not Cumula3's fault, but NetSuite is a whopper. We are a pretty technical group of programmers and accountants, and it still took us 9 months. I also would have liked if Cumula3 had more resources in house to directly troubleshoot our integrations with Celigo - having to go to their customer care team was a stark downgrade from our team at Cumula3.
