They helped plan and implement our Epicor 9 ERP installation and conversion project, which went smoothly. Their knowledgeable consultants provided training on the usage of Epicor, which helped get our employees up to speed on the new system. We have continued the partnership through the years, utilizing their expertise to help solve issues and provide necessary customizations. I have always been pleased with the end results. **What do you like best about Encompass Solutions, Inc.?** Encompass has many consultants who are knowledgeable in all areas of the ERP system. Their expertise has been very valuable as we worked through issues and customizations to make Epicor work the way that we need to run our business efficiently. **What do you dislike about Encompass Solutions, Inc.?** The biggest downside with Encompass is that the consultants are spread out around the country and world, which sometimes causes communication lag due to differing time zones. If the project has tight deadlines, this could cause an issue. For some large projects, Encompass has come onsite with the appropriate personnel. **Recommendations to others considering Encompass Solutions, Inc.:** I would highly recommend considering Encompass as your Epicor partner. Everyone that I have worked with over the years has been friendly and highly professional. Their knowledge has helped guide our ERP implementation and many other successful projects. **What problems is Encompass Solutions, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** After our initial Epicor ERP implementation and incremental upgrades, we have primarily used Encompass to help identify and work around shortcomings (for how we do business) with the Epicor ERP software. We have been able to come up with creative solutions and customizations to make Epicor work for the way that we do business. ### 2. They have been very helpful with implementing NetSuite into our business.
