**Describe the project or task OneDocx helped with:**

We wanted to optimize our workflow in the lawfirm that I worked at as an IT Engineer, so I was tasked with finding the appropriate CRM which could manage all of our reports, contacts, matters, and bills, etc. So I searched the internet and found ONEDOCX. Their team was accommodating on how to run this software, so they gave us a detailed overview virtually. When we could not understand something, we found that their customer support was active and helpful.

**What do you like best about OneDocx?**

Integration was smooth, their customer is very active and understanding, and this CRM is very affordable for new firms trying to make a mark in the industry.

**What do you dislike about OneDocx?**

The downside is that some features that the competition is offering are not there, but when I talked to their team, they told me that they are constantly adding new features every week.

**What problems is OneDocx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have optimized our workflow and made it efficient to manage contacts, matters, bills, reports etc.
