Rather than weeks of integration work, the onboarding is a five-minute web wizard with no developer involvement required. Calendar sync is optional OAuth; everything else runs out of the box. The voice layer runs on ElevenLabs infrastructure, and the pricing model is a flat monthly subscription with usage allowances, so you're not constantly negotiating per-seat or per-minute costs as your volume shifts. Setup was simple and it handles calls reliably without me having to be available 24/7. It saves a lot of time by managing inquiries automatically, and the call handling is smooth enough that customers don't notice the difference. Genuinely useful for a small business.

Honestly no real downsides. Anytime I had a question their team was readily available and helpful. The experience has been smooth from the start

As a small business, being available after hours isn't realistic, the AI receptionist handles that gap so my customers always get a response without me having to be tied to my phone. It's freed up a lot of time and made my business feel more professional and responsive.
