There are lots of options/widgets you can add which will either be to engage with your audience or to generate leads. What I dislike is that they also offer some cool modules which I would expect to be part of the webinar solution, but that they are not. For instance Forums or Breakout rooms. Next to that, we wanted to have more data and reporting options for our webinars so that we could actually see (more in-depth) how our webinars are performing. All points mentioned are what we find in ON24 and even more... we have lots of insight on who, how and what webinars audiences are viewing and how engaged they are with our webinars.
