We've had a great experience using ON24 for our webinars and virtual events. Logging in is simple and efficient — you're quickly prompted to select your role, which makes getting started seamless whether you're presenting or managing behind the scenes.
The hosting experience is streamlined and intuitive, which is a huge plus. We especially appreciate how easy it is to customize the virtual environment to reflect our brand identity — from color schemes to logos, the platform gives us the flexibility we need to make the experience feel uniquely ours.
Another standout feature is the ability to include additional resources alongside our webinars. I love the ability to customize the user viewing experience (links to other resources/customizing the layout), I like the multitude of "roles" internal staff can play that grants them access to only certain features based on the need of their role, I like that I can engage with/respond to questions and comments outside of the live event. It's easy to bring it into the everyday functions of our virtual event team and we use it live about 3 times a month, with the recordings being accessed regularly.
