What I like best about ON24 are all the options I have to engage with our audience during a webinar. This can be live, simulive or On demand. Next to that, I like that we can design/ brand the audience console how we want to. There are lots of options/widgets you can add which will either be to engage with your audience or to generate leads. What I dislike is that they also offer some cool modules which I would expect to be part of the webinar solution, but that they are not. For instance Forums or Breakout rooms. I really like using ON24 because it allows you to upload your slides in advance, which makes hosting webinars much smoother. I also appreciate how the platform lets the audience customize their viewing experience and access additional resources like supporting materials.
