What do you like best about omniCustomers?

OmniCustomers is a great tool for customer data management, communication and reporting. It is apprecaited for its user-friendly interface that makes it easier to manage customer relationships. It helps users to streamline processes resulting in improved efficiency and better customer service. The IT appreciated its ease of implementation and integration. What do you dislike about omniCustomers?

OmniCustomers seems a bit overwhelming at first due to its wide range of features ans customization options. But I personally don't have much problems with Omnicustomers except some minor glitches but those are easily resolved with the customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
