Ometria is a fantastic platform that is user-friendly for all team members, regardless of experience level. The email builder is intuitive, and the data reporting is the best I’ve seen from an ESP. Ometria is continuously evolving, adding new features, and actively seeking user feedback during the process. Their support and development teams are excellent, and the customer success managers are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and great to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only limitation I’ve encountered with Ometria is the cap on the number of dynamic segments. While the allowance is generous and encourages us to keep the platform organized and up to date, it can occasionally slow us down when we need to remove segments to create new ones.
