
Ometria was the turning point in our digital marketing strategy. After a pain free implementation process we were able to self serve all of our data segmentation, creative and reporting needs. Ometria not only unlocked invaluable insight to the CRM team, but also Loyalty & Commercial. It soon became the beating heart for our customer strategy. What I loved most about the system was new projects were dealt with as part of our agreement, limiting extra cost with Customer Success Managers who would support with the end to end task.
