What do you like best about OhMD?

I like that 1. I can text from my computer or my cell. It is so easy to use and I love how I can send out broadcast texts so easily. The patients love that they can reach us quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think a report module would be great. If we could track responses better, or track what broadcasts were sent out. I'd like to know how many messages are opened as opposed to not open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can text 24/7 with our post-surgical patients immediately whereas before they had to call, wait for the answering service to reach one of us then get the call when they could have had further complications in their time of waiting. I love the benefit of close contact with all my patients and the ease of texting. Our patients appreciate how the app saves the photos and the photos are not saved in their actual phone photo album for added security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OhMD?

I love the real-time communication between our patients and customer service. We have several different (sister companies) and several different departments and we can send texts and emails to 200+ patients in a matter of minutes. It is that easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My main complaint is that occasionally the programs will just shut down with no warning, but generally comes right back up. Also, when searching records in OhMD Forms, if there are multiple records, and you go back a page to look at the next record, you have to search all over again. What do you like best about OhMD?

Our favorite part of OhMD is the speed. Everything happens in real-time and multiple staff can be logged in at one time to see the chats happen immediately. Our old platform lagged and you couldn't see conversations as they were happening so multiple staff would be replying to the same patient at the same time. It was very frustrating. OhMD is LIVE so the texts pop up on the screen as you're looking at it! We also really love that we can use our pre-existing phone number. Our patients are used to calling us at a certain number and it was seamless to add the text feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OhMD?

There are only a couple of things we don't like about this platform. One is the way it "times you out" and you're constantly having to log back in throughout the day. We get busy with our work and realize we haven't gotten a text alert in a while and come to find out, the system has logged us out. The other thing we don't like is the way you have to upload new contacts (patients). It has to be done in excel and the headers have to be very specific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
