The only downside is being unable to send a mass text to multiple patients. If we need to communicate a general message from the practice to all our patients, it would be helpful to send one text to multiple patients at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OhMD?

I love that it is two-way texting and I have an app on my phone and can work it on the computer and the best part is the patients can send pictures of rashes, injuries, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

for the sake of convenience and not having to re-write a note, I usually cut and paste the text conversation into an office visit note and it doesn't look great. I wish it integrated a little better into my EMR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OhMD solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can do so many office visits via OhMD involving many minor dermatologic issues that allows the patients to stay home....AND, unlike a telemed visit, I can get to it when I want....it's not scheduled. I also can answer many questions, allowing patients to stay home. Texting prevents tying up our front desk and our phone lines with minor clinical questions. Finally, when they text during after hours, I can get to it at my convenience and this avoids after hours phone calls for non-urgent issues coming at inconvenient times for me..... it helps me feel more in control with parent's questions after hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
