**What do you like best about Offision?**

Excellent feature set. Simple to use from a user perspective. Roadmapped items released on time and, in some instances, ahead of time. Instant sync between Offision's platform, M365, and associated hardware. Extensive modules to choose from for a fully fledged workspace management / smarter workspace solution. Excellent support and Knowledge Base. Free trials available and easy to rollout as a self-configurable solution (very light touch from an IT perspective). Hardware agnostic.

**What do you dislike about Offision?**

So far I have not found anything that I dislike with the platform.

**What problems is Offision solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrates with many panel options (such as Qbic, IAdea, and Crestron), as well as M365 / Google, to ensure hardware is fully equipped with a solution allowing for check-in (to avoid "ghost" bookings, check-out (ensuring room space is not going to waste if a meeting ends early), extend meeting options (so overrunning meetings are not interrupted), RFID / unique PIN code check-in options (so bookings can be associated to users), and, most importantly, showing which desks and rooms are in use / available at any point. Offision helps to ensure that the workspace is not over capacity at any point and allows users to pre-book their space to ensure they have a desk to work at when they attend the office as part of the hybrid working policy. The analytics also help Facilities to make informed evidence-based decisions moving forward with regards to the space. The integrated Visitor Management module and Digital Signage module also help to ensure visitors are checked in so that we know who is in the building (i.e., in the event of a fire) but, also, to ensure a professional experience with added benefits such as wayfinding.
