**What do you like best about OfficeZentral?**

I use OfficeZentral for my tax-preparation office, and I really like the functionality it provides for my employees. It registers sales instantly and allows my employees to work in Spanish, yet produce documents in grammatically correct English. I appreciate the additional revenue opportunities that some of the modules offer. The real-time transaction monitoring is perfect for overseeing sales across our three offices, straight from my computer or phone, with the ability to filter by date, customer, or transaction type. I also find the time-clock feature helpful for tracking employees' hours. The initial setup was very easy, and it has completely replaced our use of Excel, Google Sheets, and Dropbox.

**What do you dislike about OfficeZentral?**

Some of the services we offer like tax-preparation services and monthly bookkeeping occur off the platform, so these sales must still be manually recorded after the fact. I'm not sure how they could be integrated as well, but that would be nice.

**What problems is OfficeZentral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OfficeZentral ensures instant registration of sales and allows my employees to work in Spanish while producing grammatically correct English letters. It prevents cash mishandling by recording transactions when letters are printed and lets me monitor transactions across offices in real time.
