As the manager of one of the offices, I like the OfficeZentral platform because I can monitor sales in real time. If any client needs to validate a service offered, I can search past transactions by client name and type of service, which allows me to help them more clearly. I also enjoy the benefit of being able to delete a transaction reported by the employee, something they cannot do, which allows for more control over incoming and outgoing money. This results in better control for both the client and the company. The ease of performing certain services and the way the platform is designed really make things easier. Additionally, I loved finding a platform where we can have everything in one.

I use OfficeZentral for my tax-preparation office, and I really like the functionality it provides for my employees. It registers sales instantly and allows my employees to work in Spanish, yet produce documents in grammatically correct English. I appreciate the additional revenue opportunities that some of the modules offer. The real-time transaction monitoring is perfect for overseeing sales across our three offices, straight from my computer or phone, with the ability to filter by date, customer, or transaction type. I also find the time-clock feature helpful for tracking employees' hours. The initial setup was very easy, and it has completely replaced our use of Excel, Google Sheets, and Dropbox.
