I really like office pro for managing call flows. The reporting features are really good and I like how they give flattened summaries Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All the features which Microsoft Office provides are available in OfficePro versions. Easy to install and use with no limitation of the rows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
