**What do you like best about OfficePro?**

I really like office pro for managing call flows. The reporting features are really good and i like how they give flattened summaries

**What do you dislike about OfficePro?**

There is not much i dislike but the interface is poor

**What problems is OfficePro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making call agents more efficient and understanding their workflow

**What do you like best about OfficePro?**

All the features which microsoft office provides are available in OfficePro versions . Easy to install and use with no limitation of the rows .

**What do you dislike about OfficePro?**

Collaboration and version controlling features are missing. Formulas are not that comprehensive

Data analysis and sorting
