**What do you like best about O-Valet?**

They had some robust features that other competing products that we tested didn't have; and their support team is very professional with a cordiality that would make service-oriented company jealous.

**What do you dislike about O-Valet?**

I wish I met them sooner. My clients have had many issues with managing valet-as-a-service; had they found O-Valet they would have saved hundreds of dollars in loss claims.

**Recommendations to others considering O-Valet:**

The product has a lot of features and it was designed for today's audience. If you are large hotel operation, it's important that your valet team is involved in the training sessions that they provide. The education and tools that they gave can really help the bottom line of a business.

**What problems is O-Valet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(1) Loss Claims
(2) Surveys
Our clients had issues with these two areas. They have been able to make significant headway in addressing these issues.

The fact that it automates and digitalize valet business processes.

It has reduced the number of minutes spent in the outdated, traditional valet parking operations.
