**What do you like best about NTT Group?**

Best part is their technical capability and commitment. They always work on the technical issues which we are currently and try to fix this as early as possible .

**What do you dislike about NTT Group?**

Sometimes they takes time in identifying the right resources. Also they need to improve the metrics which they are giving to their partner companies. Also the calls which will show us the progress of the issue.

**What problems is NTT Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Almost starting from all the technology solutioning to implementation NTT data will be working with. Good thing is that their technical capabilities and commitiment towards delivery
