**What do you like best about NPAWorks?**

I like seeing my client's weekly schedule with their therapists and the ability to schedule clients with new therapists using this program.

**What do you dislike about NPAWorks?**

NPA Works is sometimes hard to work around in terms of access to client and staff information, such as scheduling.

**What problems is NPAWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has segmented our clients into different areas based on the clinic or setting they are in which has been helpful to group our clients. It is also easy to grab a guardian verification either in person or by creating a service log to send out to guardians.

Npa Works makes work life easier, we can track and schedule clients in a second. 

**What do you dislike about NPAWorks?**

I enjoy NPAWorks, everything works great. I have no comments. 

**What problems is NPAWorks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NPA allows our company to work together as a team and have all of our client info safe and available.

Decent scheduling software, did what it was supposed to. 

**What do you dislike about NPAWorks?**

No complaints. It works as expected. I have no problems using it.

No recommendations

We have recently shifted to an in-house scheduling system.
