**What do you like best about Noxus?**

Noxus has been truly helpful in aiding us with the automatization of our business, reducing significantly the time spent on certain manual tasks due to the use of their AI tool, freeing us to do other tasks in a more efficient manner.
Their costumer support is also efficient, with a good response rate and willingness to solve the problems that arise in the process.
Overall the platform/agent is easy to use and to implement in most business, with Noxus workers available to help you with this use and implementation.

**What do you dislike about Noxus?**

Some minor issues as with all AI related tools, but nothing too big and they are quick to solve them and trying to find the best solution for them.

**What problems is Noxus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Categorization, allowing me to focus on other tasks instead of categorizing products one by one.
Price definition, analyzing several different prices and coming up with suggestions for pricing strategies.
Backend integrations in the website.

**What do you dislike about Noxus?**

There are just a couple of minor points for improvement, but they’re hardly a dealbreaker.

**What problems is Noxus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noxus is tackling several challenges for our clients. Its solution automates the claims process—transcribing handwritten claims, categorizing them, and personalizing responses—which reduces manual tasks and frees up human resources for more strategic work. Additionally, we're using Noxus for sentiment analysis on customer messages and for interpreting and translating prescriptions into catalog services. While these benefits aren't directly for us, they significantly enhance our clients' operations and overall efficiency.

**What do you like best about Noxus?**

Noxus has allowed us to quickly build AI workflows using multiple agents simultaneously and have a fast debugging process where needed, even if you are still building the workflow in the first place. The Noxus team directly supports their customers and they reply very quickly. Integrations were widely available and thus the implementation was a breeze. We ended up expanding the number of licenses we acquired and using it daily for things as different as data management, customer support, and workplace admin.

**What do you dislike about Noxus?**

We are very happy with the product but felt that the initial learning phase was still demanding, especially if you have never interacted with the ways LLMs behave before.

**What problems is Noxus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data management, customer support, admin, generating email flows for lead generation.
