## About Noisely
Noisely monitors customer feedback across 12 external sources, including Reddit, G2, Trustpilot, Hacker News, App Store, Play Store, Google Reviews, Quora, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Canny. It uses AI to analyze sentiment, score urgency and impact, cluster similar feedback together, and automatically categorize mentions into 12 categories. Results can be pushed to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, Google Sheets, or via webhook. The platform auto-generates a product backlog from clustered feedback.

**What do you like best about Noisely?**

Noisely makes it super easy to understand what users are saying about our product. It's not only that we don't have to search on several review platforms anymore, but Noisely also automatically combines feedback into ready-to-use product improvement tasks.

**What do you dislike about Noisely?**

There's nothing I really dislike about it, but I'm looking forward to seeing even more integrations in the future.

**What problems is Noisely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noisely solves the problem of being too late or not seeing new feedback for our product, which makes our users feeling unheard.
