I've delegated it to someone else and it pays itself! Great website widgets as well! It's also very user friendly. Alot of programs will have a ton of different loopholes that you can climb through and never get a real understanding for what you're using or doing. Not NiceJob. The simplicity of the program is just an added pro! **What do you dislike about NiceJob?** This service is integrated with my current CRM (Markate), I wish I could see the difference on the NiceJob website, a way to filter, between customers who have received an estimate only (and maybe never accepted and became a paying customer) versus those who have received invoices that I can confirm, are previously paying customers. This way I knew who I could re-enroll in review campaigns. I can't send review campaigns to customers who were simply free estimates that never hired my business. **Recommendations to others considering NiceJob:** It pays for itself. You're seriously losing money by not implementing a services such as this one. **What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you?** More reviews! And I don't have to keep reaching out to people to get more reviews. One of the added perks is that the reviews are across several different platforms. Let's face it, people are busy! That's why they hire my company to begin with. They are too busy to complete the services that we provide. Well, the same concept and problem apply here. I'm too busy to chase reviews. I had reached out to customers many times requesting reviews without success but since starting with NiceJob I have added over a dozen reviews in just 3 weeks. The basic package is not too bad but doesn't include the ability to customize your requests and adapt the look to work with your brand. I think the format is fairly simple for the price they are charging and I would be much happier if they could get the monthly price down. We use Jobber to manage our projects. Once a job is completed, Nice Job invites our client to submit a public review, using a template that required very little customizing on our part. Their scripts were tried and tested and proven effective, so why mess with them! The automated system sends out reminders to clients who have not responded, so if they missed the first request, they may respond to a later one. This does not go on indefinitely, however, but only has four steps. No sense irritating the otherwise happy client who just chooses not to leave a review! The next connection we like is that to social media. You have the option of setting it to automatically post certain levels of review. This increases our presence in that arena with no effort on our part. You can leave this as a manual setting if you prefer. **What do you dislike about NiceJob?** I am Technology Director for two companies that chose to utilize this program. I can log in to both companies in Jobber and Facebook with the same credentials. This did not work when setting up two instances of NiceJob. I had to have a colleague make the Jobber connection by logging in to NiceJob with her own credentials. Then, I had to create a new Facebook account and invite that one to be an admin of the second company in order to make that connection.
