It allows them to receive updates, go to a centralized location, upload their info and look at other attendee's bios (allowing for better networking at the event). Overall it better allows them to be prepared for the event without as much hand holding from the host. **What do you dislike about NextLevelFan?** A few upgrades to parking at the event was the only potential improvement I saw. **Recommendations to others considering NextLevelFan:** Great Company to work with. **What problems is NextLevelFan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting attendees to a centralized location to get important game day info to them and allowing them to choose what info they'd like to share with each other for better networking opportunities ### 2. I can see how it could be great leveraging it as a coordinated event for an organization. **What do you dislike about NextLevelFan?** Leveraging a mapping system to help navigate trough a venue to where the box is located might be cool. During the event there was not much reason to interact with the app. It helped with making connections at the event with being able to know who was there, but if you are attending, know folks already and are watching the game there is not much need to interact with app. **Recommendations to others considering NextLevelFan:** Make sure you have a well thought out goal and outcomes you are looking to achieve via leveraging the app with your guest at the event. We were there to give feedback to the software.....it would be interesting to see how it used by an organization actually leveraging the app for an ROI. It was little unclear how that would be done during the event. **What problems is NextLevelFan solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I was hosting an event I could see how it would be useful to help connecting strangers before an event, getting tickets and parking out ahead of time, and I could see how if you could intentionally create marketing and activities to connect during the event but would need the hook to get folks to engage with the app during the event. Folks love social media, having a great social connection....like maybe getting feedback via the app during the event versus stickies and some sort of "like" or "Love" ideas shared by others might be insightful. ### 3. Very helpful I felt comfortable meeting and getting to know all the people in the suite for the game. **What do you dislike about NextLevelFan?** I wouldn't say dislike but I expected some interaction or game lead by NLF rep when we arrived in the suite to help get everyone comfortable with each other. Some ice breaker type thing would be fun. Also when I went back to view specifics about event times I could not access that info. **Recommendations to others considering NextLevelFan:** Fun to use, great product and idea for gathering useful information from event attendees! **What problems is NextLevelFan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can certainly see how useful the NLF program would be for any type of event my company would host.
