**What do you like best about Nexoya?**

Nexoya provides a clear and intuitive platform to manage and optimise our paid campaigns across multiple channels. I really like the automated budget allocation feature, which uses data-driven insights to redistribute spend where it delivers the most impact. The dashboards are easy to read, and the team behind Nexoya is responsive and proactive in offering support. We also have a weekly optimisation call with their team, who are absolutely adorable and very knowledgeable. It feels like having an extension of our own marketing team.

**What do you dislike about Nexoya?**

While the tool is powerful, the interface could sometimes be more flexible in terms of customisation. Certain metrics and reporting views feel a bit limited, especially when compared to native platform dashboards. It can also take a bit of time to fully understand all the features, so there’s a learning curve for new users.

**What problems is Nexoya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Nexoya, we often had to manually adjust budgets across campaigns and channels, which was time-consuming and not always optimised for performance. Nexoya automates this process by analysing performance data and reallocating budgets in real-time, ensuring our investments deliver stronger results. This has helped us reduce cost per acquisition, improve ROAS, and gain greater confidence in our media planning. In short, Nexoya helps us make smarter decisions with less effort.

**What do you like best about Nexoya?**

It’s easy to use. I can save a lot of time on budget calculations and shifts, while still having a clear, data-based view of how nexoya optimizes our budgets.

**What do you dislike about Nexoya?**

Sometimes the pages don’t reload automatically, which leads to error messages that don’t make sense. For example, if I remove a campaign from the portfolio, it can stay marked and look like it’s still part of the portfolio. Also, some of the wording is a bit confusing, like using “content” for campaigns.

**What problems is Nexoya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a fixed budget across several campaign types and channels, and with ads changing quickly, allocating daily budgets was always very time-consuming. With nexoya, I save a lot of time.

I appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface of Nexoya, which allows us to manage marketing campaigns efficiently. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent support and the helpful staff, who are always ready to assist with any questions. The comprehensive analyses also help us make informed decisions.

Currently, there is nothing that we dislike about Nexoya. The platform meets our expectations and offers a user-friendly interface as well as helpful features. We are very satisfied with the performance and support.

**What problems is Nexoya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexoya helps us increase the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns by providing us with data-driven insights into performance. By analyzing campaign data, we can make targeted optimizations and better reach our target audience. Additionally, Nexoya takes over many manual optimizations for us, which increases our efficiency. Consolidating all relevant information in one place facilitates team collaboration and speeds up decision-making.

**What do you like best about Nexoya?**

Nexoya makes budget optimisation quick and easy. Collaboration with agencies is simplified and enhanced. Performance and results can be viewed, evaluated and interpreted holistically in a simplified form.

**What do you dislike about Nexoya?**

The modelling and derivation on which the optimisation is based is very complex. Here, I would like to see an even simpler presentation to make it easier to understand, further process and evaluate the optimisation measures and results.

**What problems is Nexoya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexoya enriches our performance optimisation and evaluation. While we struggle with different media systems and missing deduplication and attribution. Nexoya helps us interpret figures and data and put them into context so that we can assess performance holistically and in detail.

The recommendations are comprehensible and demonstrably lead to better results. The user interface is functional and intuitive to navigate. The service is competent and fast.

A mobile version or app would be practical to quickly access campaign data on the go.

- Manual budget allocation is time and resource intensive. By automating, we reduce the effort and simultaneously increase performance.
- Creating forecasts for budget scenarios and developing CPOs is usually very time-consuming. With Nexoya, this is done in the shortest time, and the impacts of budget changes can be predicted precisely.

Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Nexoya. Both the product and service are completely convincing across the board.v

**What problems is Nexoya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nexoya reduces my bid management time from several hours down to just 30 minutes per week. The cross-channel budget optimization and intelligent steering deliver significantly better performance with lower ad spend - resulting in noticeably higher profits.
