What do you like best about New Relic?

We have been using New Relic for more than 5 years now. We use it for its APM & logging for Node.js applications deployed on AWS EC2. We have found very useful traces of the API when we encounter any errors in our app. We see the exact flow of the API, how the request flows between the app server, databases, Redis, etc. I would highly recommend New Relic for anyone looking for APM & logging. What do you dislike about New Relic?

Feature-wise, I feel it's an awesome tool, but yeah, if possible, they could reconsider the pricing so even bootstrap startups can afford it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
