**What do you like best about New/Mode?**

The user interface for their V2 impact platform is very user friendly with thoughtful designs. The auto-selection of recipients based on postal/zip codes is a rare feature in this space.

**What do you dislike about New/Mode?**

The processing fee of 12% + credit card fees wasn't advertised. I had to email them for that information.
Knowledgebase is very confusing as they have two active versions or platforms
Cannot translate campaigns on the new V2 platform.

**What problems is New/Mode solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are making it easy for organizations to launch online petitions and letter writing campaigns that auto-fill the recipients based on postal/zip code
