**What do you like best about Netscribes Onsense?**

This is a marketing tool capable of performing the tasks of research on customers quickly, this system has technology adapted to what is required in the company and creates reports on customers, as well as monitoring the requirements or preferences that these have helping us to create good strategies that in the long term increase sales or services with digital intelligence.

**What do you dislike about Netscribes Onsense?**

The response from the team can take a while, but in general, both the integration with other programs, or reports is very good.

**What problems is Netscribes Onsense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did not have a tool that could collect direct information from customers, this solution has tools capable of conducting surveys to learn first hand what our customers are looking for, its functions go hand in hand with advanced technology and security, which allows the adaptation in our organization was not a complicated experience, allowing our marketing campaigns are successful.
