I honestly believe that there isn't another tool quite like SparkToro. It's the most intuitive and helpful tool I've found for identifying audiences for my clients, influencers, and creators for my projects. Lately, I've been particularly impressed with the "Compare Audiences" feature, which has been incredibly useful for identifying very specific audience segments. I like the opportunity of performing as the best players in the field. I only can guess who these players are. SparkToro allows us to determine who our potential clients follow and apply the same methods to attract potential clients.

The tool provides valuable AI insights to reshape our small business marketing activities. For the best players (or online hangout sites), SparkToro provides the best keywords. As with all audience intelligence tools, Spark Toro is great for the US-based audience. If you cater to Europeans, it gets much more challenging. UK audiences are represented but Germany and other European countries are amiss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right off the bat, the design and layout of the website is really pleasing and straightforward to use. I like that they have an intro instructional video and guided tour to get you started. There are also tips on different tabs to know exactly what you're looking at (specifically for the audience research and lists tab). Creating lists is simple and filtering through the data is easy as well. You literally get research that would typically take weeks to months through surveys, interviews, and scouring the internet with just one click of the search button within seconds. Since this is such a new tool that I haven't seen before, it's kind of hard to pinpoint something I dislike or might think is missing. The only thing I could think of is regarding usage of monthly searches/queries-- it resets every month, but if you don't use say 10 out of the 50 searches you have for the month, will they roll over? I haven't had that happen so I'm not sure if they do, but according to the website, it just resets every month. Might be something to consider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the intuitive interface that allows coming to some great insights. Using answers to simple questions, like "My audience frequently talks about" or "My audience use these words in their profile" you can shape your audience and save precious time. You can find very important groups which you would never think about! When you know the size and geography of the target groups, google ads become much more effective, as everybody knows.

The size of the query results is astonishing. For example, answering "virtual health" query brought 10,000 potential groups and listed websites we never knew about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not exactly my problem as I am a consultant, but the price tag may be pretty steep for a small business. However, you can always use a free license with limited functionality. Also, I was thinking about integration but never found any possibility to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that a free full-functionality option is offered, so you can get tangible benefits quick and easy.

1. We were able to discover new audiences for campaigns. For example, while searching for audiences interested in "mental health", we identified some very interesting categories like "health advocates".

2. I also love the opportunity to establish collaboration with colleagues. The same search for "mental health" led us to several companies interested in "self-care". We were able to establish a connection and get our content published!

And the most important fact that can make or break it for me is that the tool is very intuitive, and there was no steep learning curve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small and lean company, and the price tag for the Premium version is a bit too much for me (I would sign up in a heartbeat if it were 5-10 times less... just joking).

Also, with the free version comes a limited number of searches. The problem with search results is that it sometimes returns companies that are not very relevant and just have huge exposure to social media, but it also counts as a search attempt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The targeting options for audience discovery are exceptional. It's one of the best tools for figuring out where your audience is, and what they follow, and talk about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 5 query cap per month on the free version is prohibitive, but I understand the usage based model. Gotta convert customer - I just wish it was 10 per month - would be perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
