What do you like best about IDC?

IDC has a very user-friendly interface which makes it very easy to use and understand the data. I have been using IDC multiple times for getting vendor shares on major tech companies, and it has always been really helpful. The reports on IDC are informative and exhaustive.

Also, the keyword search on IDC gives out very related results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IDC?

IDC can focus on improving its customer support so that a quick solution is provided to the users. The customer support gives out the solutions, however the time taken by the support team is too much, which delays our project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
