The benchmark surveys are particularly useful in helping me to compare and contrast different vendors. The vendor directory is also a valuable resource, providing me with contact information for a wide range of vendors, making it easy for me to find new vendors and see what they offer. **What do you dislike about Peer Insights?** Well, I find the website slow. It takes a long time to load, and sometimes I have to refresh the page multiple times before it will load correctly. This is frustrating, and it makes it difficult to use the website. Several softwares belonging to the same niche are listed here to choose from. One can easily decide to opt for software by going through the positive and negative reviews of that software which are written by the active users. Reviews are genuine, authentic, and descriptive. As per Peer Insights guidelines, a non-user cannot write a review for software and its guidelines and strict scrutiny process make people trust this platform. **What do you dislike about Peer Insights?** There isn't much to dislike about Peer Insights except its support and community. Whenever I work on solution comparison, I rely on peer insights as the information available on the peer insights page is very useful to back up a benchmarking study. **What do you dislike about Peer Insights?** Sometimes smaller companies are not covered in the peer insights page. And in a few cases rather than giving a concrete number, a range is given. With free access, limited info is available.
