**What do you like best about NetcareOne?**

What I like best about NetcareOne is its high flexibility, rapid service response, and customizable features, as well as the convenience of having ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM integrated into a single interface.

**What do you dislike about NetcareOne?**

There is still room for improvement in terms of precision of details and granularity of functions.

**What problems is NetcareOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company manages a large number of users, which results in a high volume of tenants that are difficult to oversee. NetcareONE provides highly efficient support for us in managing multi-client assets and streamlining operation and maintenance response processes.
