**What do you like best about NetBox?**

NetBox can be used as the network reference for your global sites and, when used correctly, it can serve as a single source of truth for your network setup and hardware. When it’s configured properly, it can also be linked to Grafana to monitor your network sites and send alerts.

**What do you dislike about NetBox?**

honestly nothing, i find it extremely helpful and user friendly

**What problems is NetBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves the issue where it is very hard to know your network setup on global sites and how is your infrastructure installed, where it can be used as a single source of truth for your global network offices.

The level of detail that can be documented about my network provides me the ability to ensure others who look at the documentation have all the info they need to do their job

**What do you dislike about NetBox?**

Lack of flexibility in user permissions when it comes to required fields. I need to be able to force some users to fill fields while allowing other users to bypass the requirement

**What problems is NetBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting our entire network to ensure everyone has the information they need to do their job
