**What do you like best about NestDesk?**

easy to use and allows you to create drafts you can provide the cutomers with. really to chat with customers, asy to install on pretty much any device.

**What do you dislike about NestDesk?**

can be a bit slow at times and it can be laggy or it can get stuck, but very rarely

**What problems is NestDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has many features that you can use without paying for it
