**What do you like best about NEO?**

What stands out most about NEO is how effortless it makes paying people across different countries. The entire workflow feels straightforward, with none of the friction I've come to expect from international payments.

The interface is refreshingly clean, which means I can quickly locate whatever I need without second-guessing myself. It's genuinely streamlined my day-to-day and given me back valuable time.

**What do you dislike about NEO?**

My one piece of constructive feedback is that some features could benefit from more flexibility—especially on the recruitment side, where the current capabilities feel a bit too narrow.

**What problems is NEO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NEO takes the headache out of managing global payroll and compliance by bringing it all under one roof. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and trying to keep up with varying regulations across jurisdictions, the system handles it for me.
