
I find nCino Cloud Banking Platform especially beneficial due to its integration with Salesforce. This integration provides a specific packaged solution accompanied by the necessary support, while simultaneously allowing us to leverage the versatile functionality of Salesforce when it is beneficial. I appreciate how certain features have significantly impacted our business operations, such as the forms manager, docman, loan page, and spreads. These key features, even though they might have varying levels of usage, stand out as elements that contribute positively to our workflow and efficiency. The platform's ability to centralize systems also stands out, ensuring that everyone in the company shares the same view and information for each transaction. I am frustrated with the limitations regarding customer control within the nCino Cloud Banking Platform package. The customer portal seems to be underutilized by many nCino customers and includes frustrating elements that can't be easily updated. Modifications to the customer experience require extensive project engagement with nCino, even for minor adjustments. Additionally, the out-of-the-box solution has a clunky user interface, and small changes to processes can extend load times significantly. The initial setup was also cumbersome, taking 18 months to become fully operational, necessitating a lot of internal resources and customizations, as the platform didn't fully meet its promises.
