**What do you like best about Naylor AMS?**

I like the membership renewal process at a level.

**What do you dislike about Naylor AMS?**

Promo codes are annoying to use. Membership invoices can be paid in event registration but will not close out the invoice. Etc

**What problems is Naylor AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, no problems have been solved. They have created more.

**What do you like best about Naylor AMS?**

Relatively easy to use association management system based on a stable platform. Their pricing model fits a small growing association.

**What do you dislike about Naylor AMS?**

One of the key features missing was the ability to merge duplicate records. We all know as much as we try to prevent duplicates, they will get into the system. As of our last use of the system (which was two years ago), this was a requested feature from many users and was not on the development roadmap.

**What problems is Naylor AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Naylor AMS was formerly known as Timberlake. I looked at it for another association and decided to stay with iMIS for that organization. Naylor AMS did allow for using different payment processors, so we were able to shop the market and reduce our expenses for credit card processing fees.  The member user interface was acceptable but limited in the number of fields we could add (especially for demographics which has become much more important).

The platform is easy to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Naylor AMS?**

The reporting features, the organizational setup features, you cannot merge individuals in and out of an organizational membership, you cannot add links to renewal emails.

**What problems is Naylor AMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They "talk"with Higher Logic and Informz but not like what we want them to.
