**What do you like best about Navigator?**

I'm currently using navigator as a platform for approving governance issues & tracking project plans.

**What do you dislike about Navigator?**

I've started using navigator for a few months and I don't see any problems with the software yet.

**What problems is Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to see everything in a clear timeline that makes sense as a project manager.

**What do you like best about Navigator?**

Convenience. The app indexes all of our product nicely and makes it easy to find them for a given order. We use it in association with Front, I don't have much experience with competitors but I've enjoyed navigator

**What do you dislike about Navigator?**

Occasionally the program will freeze and we will be unable to put in orders for an extended period. Also the phrasing necessary to find something can be a bit idiosyncratic and difficult

**What problems is Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve a variety of customer problems every day. It's easy to refer to previous orders, and to prepare orders for later reference. It's easy to pick up where someone else left off

The revisit option is useful when you are required to conduct follow up sessions with a client.

Some clients are unaware of navigator and think it may be phishing

Ease of scheduling meetings and conduct follow up sessions

easy to use, and I never have hardly any issues

**What do you dislike about Navigator?**

I would like to have options to change settings to make it my own

**What problems is Navigator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I usr the credit manager and i can track what a customer spends each month, day , year and so on.
