**What do you like best about NAPA TRACS?**

Tracs is user friendly and self explainatory. When using it, it is simple steps to get a task done. On an invoice for a customer, it very clearly shows and states prices, and the work done to their vehicle.

**What do you dislike about NAPA TRACS?**

It is a bit outdated and it is not webbased so it can only be used on specific devices (tablets) and computers

**What problems is NAPA TRACS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us invoice and create work orders for our techs to use when working on vehicles. This is benefiting us by providing clear documentation of what needs to be done for a tech and what has been done for the customer

The connectivity with prolink and Bolton.

**What do you dislike about NAPA TRACS?**

Sometimes the program freezes up and drops orders.

**What problems is NAPA TRACS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Tracs makes parts ordering quicker than using the phone and enables us to use the vehicle VIN helping us to get the right part for the vehicle and keeps everything organized on the invoice for the customer.
