"Extras" or "Nice-to-Have" features may take a few months to materialize after being suggested, but once the feature is rolled out, they are immediately functional. **What problems is NannyLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are surprisingly few CRM softwares made specifically for nanny agencies and household staffing firms. Even fewer if you're looking for a simple, intuitive layout that is easy to navigate and customize. I used to use the paper method prior to NL, taking actual notes during interviews, struggling to keep up with organizing Family Applications. Now, I receive emails alerting me when new candidates and families submit their applications, along with a TON of other automated processes! **What do you dislike about NannyLogic?** I wish I could speak to what I don't like, but I like everything. The Customer Support is readily available, every single time I've had a question, or wanted feedback. And they are adding new features and upgrades all the time, when I think it can't get better... it does! I use Nanny Logic everyday. **What problems is NannyLogic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hosting all of my candidate confidential information and documents like when they upload a license, or emergency contact, its all in one place, I can create job posts, share with my team in one click, and I used to make the nanny profiles myself which took up to 2 hours per profile.
