What do you like best about N-able N-central?

The most helpful is all the tools you can use without even bothering the client. If you need to do some background work that won't impact the user, n-central has multiple ways to accomplish this. What do you like best about N-able N-central?

Monitoring package is incredible, and the alerting is very straight forward and easy to understand.

Nable deployment is very clear and concise with deployment in less than a day for a large organisation.

I really like the patch management feature of ncentral. We as an MSP have full control over which updates we do and do not implement at any given time for our customers. We can implement the updates in phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

I think if you don't know the package well, you might have a bit of trouble adopting it, because it has quite a lot of features that you have to use for a while. What do you like best about N-able N-central?

It provides an excellent way to manage systems for clients. The ability to execute scripts, perform hardware and software inventory for devices, create filters, and patch systems are just a few of the great features this software provides. What do you like best about N-able N-central?

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

The layout, it looks clunky when compared to N-sight. The flow and manner of ease of use of N-sight compared to N-Able makes N-Sight a better usable product especially for a new user, but the amount of features of N-Able is what still draws us to use N-Able over the N-Sight.

The overall flow and UX of the platform makes it slightly harder to use, finding options and items within the platform can be cumbersome especially for new users, this also at times makes it harder to find the needed tool to execute actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
