"Enhanced Visibility and Control Across Every Endpoint"
5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

What stands out most about N-central is its ability to streamline the management of multiple customer environments from a single console. The combination of remote management, automation, monitoring, and reporting helps me deliver faster support, improve system reliability, and reduce time spent on routine tasks. It provides the visibility and control needed to manage endpoints effectively while ensuring a better experience for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

N-central meets most of my operational needs effectively. If I were to highlight one area for improvement, it would be the responsiveness of the newer interface. The updated look and functionality are appreciated, but further performance enhancements would help create a smoother experience when managing endpoints and performing daily administrative activities. What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

What I dislike about N-able N-central is the newer theme/interface changes. While the updated look is nice, I've noticed it can sometimes feel slower and less responsive compared to the previous interface, especially during day-to-day administrative tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Comprehensive Platform for Modern IT Operations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

N-central has become an essential part of my daily operations because it centralizes endpoint management and simplifies administration at scale. The platform's proactive monitoring and automation capabilities help identify and address potential issues early, reducing manual effort and improving overall operational efficiency. It allows me to manage customer environments with greater confidence, speed, and consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

One area that could further enhance the N-central experience is the integration between the platform and support services. It would be more convenient if the Live Chat feature used the same N-central login credentials, eliminating the need for a separate N-able Me sign-in. A more seamless authentication experience would improve accessibility and make it easier to connect with support when assistance is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation That Saves Time and Delivers Results"
4.5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

What I like best about N-able N-central is its powerful automation, patch management, and proactive monitoring capabilities. It helps me work smarter by automating routine tasks, simplifying vulnerability remediation, and providing centralized visibility across all managed devices. The platform is easy to navigate, and the Ecoverse enhancements further improve the experience by bringing monitoring, security, backup, and automation into a more unified ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

What I dislike about N-able N-central is some of the interface changes introduced in the recent version. While the refreshed look is visually appealing, it can feel slower and less responsive than the previous interface during day-to-day administration. Additionally, accessing product training content often redirects to a separate platform and requires another login, which disrupts the user experience. It would be much more convenient if training videos could be viewed directly within the N-central console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very powerful, flexible platform with strong integrations and automation"
5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

We use N-central both as a Managed Service Provider and in the enterprise environment as a reseller and consultant, and we are very satisfied overall. The platform offers a high level of functional depth and reliably covers a wide range of requirements. The UI is somewhat outdated in some areas, but it impresses with a very high density of information and functionality and is increasingly modernized through Ecoverse integrations. The integrations are extremely versatile and allow for flexible adaptation to almost any environment. The performance is also strong, both in terms of stability and the scope of automation and management functions. The pricing is flexible for MSP and traditional models, providing a good ROI. We mostly deliver support and onboarding ourselves, but we can always rely on fast and competent manufacturer support. In the area of AI, initial approaches are visible, especially through intelligent automations in operation. Overall, a very powerful and flexible platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

The flexibility and the diverse possibilities are the biggest advantages of the product. However, the somewhat rigid-looking design and the templates, which often refer to older software, should be updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"N-central - Great software to manage a fleet of device and get proper information"
4.5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

Training and community are key to getting the most out of this software. It’s easy to integrate, and the N-able teams provide plenty of videos, how-to resources, and experts to help with the rollout of your projects. It’s also very easy to use and supports seamless endpoint management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

Like many all-in-one platforms, N-central can’t really be considered a high-level monitoring tool. It handles the basics well (disk space, ping, and network performance), but tracking failed devices isn’t straightforward and often requires some fine-tuning. Monitoring doesn’t seem to be N-central’s main focus, but better monitoring integration would make it stronger and could elevate the software even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Central Hub for Seamless Remote Management"
5/5
What do you like best about N-able N-central?

I really appreciate how the patching and updating features work extremely well in N-able N-central, especially for Microsoft patch Tuesday. The remote control of machines is another aspect I like, as it enables us to maintain good inventories of customer machines and allows us to add and remove applications as needed. N-able N-central acts as a central brain for our MSP business, helping control all of our clients' remote computers effectively. Additionally, we utilize the DNS filtering product, which I like because it allows us to perform DNS filtering on remote laptops even when they're not in the office behind firewalls on protected networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about N-able N-central?

Sometimes the N-central update process for your software is a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
