I really value the remote management capabilities of N-able N-central, specifically its 'Take Control' feature. This feature enables me and multiple colleagues to troubleshoot and run scripts remotely, all without interfering with the user's experience. It's particularly beneficial for us as an MSP, providing essential Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) capabilities crucial for our engineers and support staff. The flexibility of having more than one person assist in troubleshooting under 'Take Control' mode boosts our team's efficiency, enhancing our overall support and management processes. This issue forces me to run PowerShell scripts as jobs to ensure they complete successfully.
