Nothing major, but a few honest gripes: The admin dashboard interface feels dated compared to the modern SaaS tools we use day to day. Functionally it does everything you need, but the look and feel is showing its age - some of the navigation could be cleaner, and a lot of common tasks take more clicks than they should. A UI refresh would go a long way. Initial setup and configuration for large multi-branch deployments is also genuinely time-consuming and requires real technical expertise. If you're rolling it out across dozens of locations with different network setups, AD structures, and device mixes, it's not something a generalist can knock out in an afternoon. Once it's in place it's stable, but the on-ramp is steep, and better setup wizards or templated deployment profiles would help a lot. Reporting customization is the third one. The built-in reports cover the common cases well, but every now and then a client asks for a very specific format - say a particular cost center breakdown or a custom field grouping for compliance - and we end up exporting to Excel and reshaping it manually, or building workarounds. It’s easy to set up the devices, and there’s no need to install a large number of printers on the server. It’s also straightforward to create backups and restore them when needed.
