**What do you like best about MyEmployees?**

As mention above, this is great recognition program that helps employer to engage with its staff, boost satisfaction via rewards and perks; has good engagement tools and customer support. Also the interface is user-friendly which allows easily navigate thru the systems features

**What do you dislike about MyEmployees?**

not much in particular; perhaps certain fee discounts could be conisdred/implemented for the non-for-profit organisation

**Recommendations to others considering MyEmployees:**

recognition programs will be great if also administered in line with the existing KPIS/Goals that staff populates at the beginning of the performance appraisal cycle

**What problems is MyEmployees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Describe the project or task MyEmployees helped with:**

Encouraging employees has been a challenge in the organization which has resulted in conflicts most of the times. This is because employees perceived the rewarding system as a corrupted system which favored some employees. However, with MyEmployees App, the system is now trusted and employees are quite competitive

**What do you like best about MyEmployees?**

I like the manner in which this application gauges the ability and commitment of employees with the basis of delivery and meeting targets before it can recommend

**What do you dislike about MyEmployees?**

Some times it gives results of employee achievements which are biased. This is because it does not have an option of classifying tasks on the basis of how hard they are

**Recommendations to others considering MyEmployees:**

I highly recommend this application for companies which may wish to have a competitive culture based on the employee motivation and awarding of excellent work

**What problems is MyEmployees solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The application has built a culture which encourages the employees in my company. The employees have full trust in this application and hence they work competitively to be awarded by the system
