My office just currently moved and obtained this new software. While it is still new, most of our office is having a difficult time trying to learn how to use this software. I work in accounting at call center and so the phone system is very important to our everyday operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you like best?
I like that you can use the online portal directly to make calls without having to use the handset. I also like you can use the call directory to go back and review calls received. This has been useful because I can go back and look for a phone number that I may have needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
One of the biggest difficulties my office has been having is trying to view who is available to take a call and who is unavailable. There is a way to change your phone status to busy/unavailable but it is more difficult than our previous phone system. For instance, if you are on a phone call, the phone still rings and you have no way of knowing if that person is on a call or just not answering the phone call. Also, internal and external rings are the same so we have to constantly be mindful of the caller ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
