The ASF system is really easy to use and very intuitive. I never have to guess about which function I should be using for a particular item. It is really easy to train new employees on the system as well which is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about My Club Business? My biggest frustration lies within the logging in process. If there is not activity being done within the system for several minutes it always kicks us off and we have to login several times throughout the day which is always frustrating when trying to get things done for members in the quickest/most efficient way possible. From signing up new members to assisting previous members with their accounts as well as our entire point of sale system for our apparel and drink orders. What do you dislike about My Club Business? It's a bit messy to navigate so it doesn't work well as a member management in addition to a CRM.
