**What do you like best about OnBoard by MVSI?**

MVSI Onboard is a comprehensive platform allowing flexibility and control in manage how we wish to deliver an onboarding experience to our customers. The system enables integration via APIs into third party systems, where sound documentation is provided for ease of self-development against these end points. No platform is perfect and where we need assistance, there is what feels to be a well resourced support team that is pleasant, knowledgeable and very good at communicating status of the request/enquiry and outcome of the enquiry. We have teams who now solely operate out of the platform which is seem as a strong enablement tool for the business.

**What do you dislike about OnBoard by MVSI?**

There is always room for additional integrations from a KYC persepctive (noting the core is available), but there is a solid roadmap and whenever discussions are had the Onboard team are receptive and always striving to deliver improvements in a rapid and agile manner. Very limited dislikes.

**What problems is OnBoard by MVSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised and comprehensive KYC/AML management

**What do you like best about OnBoard by MVSI?**

Onboard has been transformational for our business.  It has enabled us to scale faster by taking care of our application process, AML/KYC, contract execution and risk monitoring in one flow designed specifically for our business.

**What do you dislike about OnBoard by MVSI?**

There are a few improvements that I have recommended but have found that the team listen and consider them for the next release.

**What problems is OnBoard by MVSI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a payments and lending business.  The solution enables us to onboard customers efficiently whilst collecting relevant data within the process.  It also takes care of credit checking and AML/KYC requirements.

The verification team are great to work with, they understand the time constraint and importance of completing verifications within a strict deadline and communicate effectively.

**What do you dislike about OnBoard by MVSI?**

They are nothing to dislike about MVSI Onboard.

It solves the entire KYC of all our mechants and does it within a fast timeframe.

Great customer support.
Great visibility to see at what stage the approval process is.

I can't fault the product it's GREAT.
Really easy to use.
