## MSPControl Reviews
  ### 1. The Best Hosting Control Panel Available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce C. | Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about MSPControl?**

I have used numerous control panels over the past 20 years, and MSP Control is without a doubt the best. The vast majority of control panels are quite buggy, leading you to constantly deal with one issue after another. However, with MSP Control, that is not the case. Any bugs that are found—of which there are very few—are fixed right away.

I have been using MSP Control since its inception, and it just keeps getting better. The speed and ease of use have reached a point where I truly believe it is the best choice for a control panel. It has significantly helped my business since customers no longer complain about the control panel.

**What do you dislike about MSPControl?**

Not much really, as anything I dislike I will usually make aware to the MSPControl Team and they will fix it.

**What problems is MSPControl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSPControl serves as the heartbeat of our web hosting business, empowering our customers to seamlessly manage their websites, databases, mailboxes, Hyper-V servers, and a wide array of online services.

  ### 2. A Hidden Gem for Windows and Azure‑Focused MSPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about MSPControl?**

MSPControl excels at automating and managing Microsoft centric environments, including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365, all from a single platform. Very few tools go as deep into the Windows hosting and infrastructure stack, which makes it particularly valuable for MSPs that are heavily invested in Microsoft technologies.

The Autopilot engine enables a true configure once, apply everywhere approach. Security, patching, and configuration policies can be defined centrally and consistently enforced across devices and tenants. This significantly reduces manual effort, improves standardisation, and shortens onboarding time for new customers and systems.

Multi tenancy is clearly part of MSPControl’s core design rather than an afterthought. Strong role based access, peer accounts, and proper tenant isolation make it well suited to service providers managing large numbers of customers while still maintaining control and security boundaries.

Built in RMM capabilities also help reduce the need for multiple third party tools. Monitoring, management, and automation are kept under one roof, which simplifies operations and provides better alignment between infrastructure management and service delivery.

**What do you dislike about MSPControl?**

MSPControl is very powerful, but that power comes with complexity. Initial setup and day to day use require solid Windows, IIS, and infrastructure knowledge.

That said, the Wiki has grown into a very comprehensive set of step by step guides, which significantly helps when installing and configuring each component.

**What problems is MSPControl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSPControl addresses the challenge of managing complex Microsoft based environments at scale. Without a platform like this, tasks such as provisioning Windows services, managing IIS, SQL Server, Azure resources, and Microsoft 365 often require multiple tools or a high level of manual effort. By centralising these functions into a single control platform, MSPControl reduces fragmentation and makes administration more consistent and predictable.

Another key problem MSPControl solves is repeatability and standardisation. The Autopilot engine allows configurations, security settings, and patching policies to be defined once and applied consistently across customers and devices. This reduces the risk of configuration drift and human error, while also speeding up onboarding and day to day management. For an MSP, this translates into less time spent on repetitive tasks and more confidence that environments remain aligned with defined standards.

Multi tenant management is another area where MSPControl provides clear benefits. Managing multiple customers securely and efficiently can be difficult without strong role separation and access controls. MSPControl’s built in multi tenant design, combined with role based access and peer accounts, allows customers and internal teams to access only what they need, without compromising overall control or security.

Finally, MSPControl helps reduce tool sprawl. With built in RMM capabilities, automation, and billing features, it replaces the need for several disconnected systems. This simplifies operations, reduces integration overhead, and makes troubleshooting and monitoring more straightforward, ultimately improving service delivery and operational efficiency.

  ### 3. A MUST HAVE FOR HOSTING COMPANY

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about MSPControl?**

MSPControl consistently keeps pace with the latest server and cloud technologies, which makes managing and deploying IT hosting services much more straightforward. Additionally, the development team is always ready to assist whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about MSPControl?**

The setup process isn't very beginner-friendly, but overall, this is excellent software. So far, I have no complaints.

**What problems is MSPControl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSPControl enables me to manage all of my servers, as well as Azure, from a single platform. This eliminates the need to log in and out of multiple servers, which saves me a significant amount of time.
